Sarah D is a 61ft Semi Trad built by R & D Fabrications. From the bow she has a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove, a sociable seating arrangement that converts into a double bed and a dining area. The saloon has ample storage and is equipped with a Vanette eye level oven with a separate hob, 12v fridge / freezer and tiled worktops. The off-corridor bathroom has a cassette toilet, vanity basin and shower over a bath. The cabin has a cross bed that is permanently made up into a king size bed which is surrounded by storage making the vessel an ideal liveaboard or long term cruiser. At the stern there is a fantastic utility / storage room which currently houses the Zanussi washing machine, again this has more storage. Hot water is supplied via calorifier and immersion. A Beta Marine 1903 provides the propulsion. The electrical system includes: 240v landline, Mastervolt 2500w combi inverter, a generator, 1 starter and 3 leisure batteries. Sarah D also benefits from bow and stern cratch covers and a side hatch. The BSC runs until March 2021. She was surveyed in 2017 and has been blacked in June 2020. Sarah D is a credit to her current owner and has a ‘cottage on water’ feel to her.
