Aquarian Dawn is a fine example of a Moonraker 36, a popular aft cabin cruiser. The vessel was built by JCL Marine in Norfolk and had been tastefully modernised by the current owner over the past couple of years. Propulsion is provided by the upgraded twin Perkins 180hp engines allowing comfortable trips further afield. There is easy access to both engines with steps leading down to the engine bay. Internally, the aft cabin has new carpets along with a fixed double bed, ample storage and a shower room containing a Thetford electric flush toilet which can be used as a sea toilet or has pump out facility, vanity basin and shower. The bespoke oak saloon has been refitted to a high standard offering ample storage and workspace. There is a 2 ring electric hob, Inlander fridge and built in microwave oven. The saloon contains a dinette which also converts into the second double, and there are a further 2 berths in the forecabin, making this vessel a comfortable 6 berth. The second bathroom is situated in next to the saloon with a shower, sea toilet with pump out facility, and vanity basin. Hot water is supplied via a calorifier and immersion. A Webasto provides the central heating throughout. The electrics on board include: 240v landline, Victron 3kw inverter, Sterling battery charger, 2.2kw generator, 2 starter batteries and 2 leisure batteries. The wheelhouse is home to full navigation equipment including Navtex Pro, Raytheon Radar Compass, Nasa Speed Log, Nasa Compass, Eagle GPS, new DSC radio, just to name some of the huge specification this vessel has. There is a new pilot seat with ample seating surrounding and access to both cabins. The vessel was anti fouled approximately 12 months ago and the anodes were changed. Externally there is a large bathing platform, rib with 10hp Mercury outboard engine, covers for windows and flybridge, new fenders. These boats have a fantastic reputation, with Aquarian Dawn being a lovely example and a credit to the current owner.
