Red Dragon is a 50ft Cruiser built by Seivwright in 1992. Hot water is via calorifier and there is an eberspacher that needs connecting for the central heating. Hamish Leys is a 58ft Semi Trad that was built in 2010 by Aqua house but is as new and never been used. A Nanni 42hp engine provides the propulsion and has only covered 100 hours. There is also a Maxpower 6.5hp bow thruster fitted. Hot water is supplied via the calorifer and there is an Eberspacher for the central heating. The saloon has a Puffin solid fuel stove between the L shaped seating and chairs to provide a second source of heating. 4 berth with a fixed double and the L shaped dinette in the saloon converts into a double bed. There are two pump out toilets, one at the stern and a bathroom with a shower and vanity basin in between the galley and bedroom. The galley is fully equipped as you would expect from a vessel of this quality and has been designed to maximize storage space. 150 gallons. The propulsion is provided by a Nanni 43hp engine that has only

Carpeted throughout apart from parquet tiles in the galley. 240v landline. 3000w Mastervolt inverter and charger. 1 starter and 3 leisure batteries all new in April 2011. Eileen is a 62ft Historic boat that was built in 1903 by Eli Aston of Tipton. The hull is built of Iron. Surveyed 2006. Boatmans cabin which has a stove. Later the boat was sold to Alfred Hickman of Bilston and carried the number 105 in their fleet. Hickmans were later bought out by Stewart and Lloyds. She has the original makers cast iron plate still riveted in position and the BCN plate number 18686. Cast iron bath. Beautiful galley. This has a blank canvass for you to put your own stamp on it.
